uneven experience, some issues encountered

limited varietydisengaged staff

The breakfast was a bit disappointing (especially considering the price). the variety was limited, and some items seemed stale. also, the noise level in the hallways was noticeable late at night. I could hear other guests talking and doors slamming. this made it difficult to sleep soundly. staff seemed disengaged, I would have expected a more helpful behaviour.

The room had a balcony. the cleaning staff was diligent. the spa was also a nice touch. It offered a quiet escape .

i noticed middle aged men from india were often present. there seemed to be a constant gathering of individuals outside the hotel each night. also, the toilet paper was not refilled regularly.

my room had a large fridge. a kettle and a microwave were also available. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well. the shower offered hot water consistently.

i noticed some noise from the reception area early in the mornings.

the beautiful twin room pool view was spacious. it featured a king size bed plus a normal bed, a nice balcony added to the appeal. the room included air conditioning with individual controls.

the staff facilitated luggage holding for late check-out. breakfast was readily available. i found the cleaning staff attentive to my needs, and they were genuinely nice.
